ETRA I+D is a Spanish technology company specializing in innovative solutions for energy, mobility, security and industrial automation.

In the REBORN project, ETRA plays a key role by leading the definition of requirements for the stationary energy storage demo, including EMS specifications and communication protocols with the BMS. ETRA also supports module testing, contributes to the project’s cybersecurity architecture, and ensures system integration. As leader of the 2nd demo installation, ETRA oversees battery deployment, commissioning, and validation, assessing technical, economic, and environmental impacts to advance the safe and efficient reuse of second-life batteries.
